Tillandsia are air plants so they don't need to be "watered" like "normal" plants.  To keep them alive you're just going to want to make sure and mist them every day or two with clean water.  Sometimes if I miss a week or two of misting then I will dunk mine in water to get them refreshed again.  Hope that helps!</description>
