Im getting really close to the final design for the Project Chaboo logo. Im down to these two variations.

My graphic designer Chris Towery and I have been corresponding for weeks. He gives me material to work with and I move stuff around in illustrator. I like how these versions I came up with tonight are really compact.
I changed the illustration so that there is a square corner to the top right. The bottom version I also squared off the bottom of the leg to meet up with the top edge of the “a” in “chaboo”.
The top one feels more natural with better movement. The bottom one is more geometric and organized. ARGGG… the agony of design decision making
Any opinions? Please leave me a comment!

This is the long version. Might be more appropriate for certain situations.

My brother and I have been building the website for a few weeks now… meaning I talk and he does the actual work. He’s the genius behind the scenes executing my ideas. The site is custom built from scratch to my specifications- no easy webdesign software with templates or anything WEAKSAUCE like that. Go hard or go home!

The site is obviously in early development. But this is a good start- enough to get excited about!
Notice the logo designed by my friend Chris from RISD. Were still fine tuning the logo and playing around with it. Im happy with the text but the illustration of the chaboo im on the rocks about. Im open to any constructive criticism regarding the logo.
The title page will start out as a random scattering of photos which moves and fades into this organized matrix. It would be nice if Kari’s head doesnt get cut off too. Its random Kari- nothing personal. =P
